Data Products

In addition to answering research questions related to changing disturbance regimes, ecological, social, and economic impacts of wildfires, and remote sensing methods, among many others, the Balch Fire Lab is committed to open and reproducible science. In order to answer science questions, finding and synthesizing datasets and developing programming workflows is frequently required. To spare other researchers the tedious task of doing that over again, our data products are freely available. We encourage others to use them to continue to advance groundbreaking research in their respective fields. We also encourage those who may want to use our data products to reach out directly to lab members to learn about their suggested use, limitations, and general information about them.
